The sculpting process
The Ely Winter Festival is funded in part by the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council, through support by the Minnesota arts and cultural heritage fund as appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008, the Donald G. Gardner Humanities Trust, the Ely Chamber of Commerce and local merchants, organizations and individuals.
