Enjoy a simple woodcraft project — and bring order to that “pick-up-sticks” pile of skis around your house! Instructor Evan Faltesek will guide you through the process of assembling a 3 foot-wide rack of cedar or pine (rack can be tailored to narrower spaces). Kids are welcome to join mom or dad at no additional cost.
About the Instructor: Builder and woodworker Evan Faltesek has taught our hugely popular “bat house” assembly class and other woodworking classes here at the Folk School. Ski rack pieces in your choice of pine or aromatic cedar ($35 or $45) will be provided (be sure to select when you register). You’ll need to bring or borrow a cordless drill and tape measure.
